Any educational background. Should have basic knowledge of the day-to-day office works. Willingness to learn and grow along with the organization. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Ability to work and deliver as per the instruction superior, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Provide good customer service.
